Banana Oats with Maple Syrup and some home made granola. Breakfast energy boost.
For 2 serves – Simply cook 1 cup oats with 1 & 1/4 cup water on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Add almond milk / coconut milk at the end and mix, top with banana, maple syrup and granola (or not).

Banana Maple Oats
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 & 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk / almond milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
handful of homemade granola
What do I do now?
Simply cook 1 cup oats with 1 & 1/4 cup water on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Add almond milk / coconut milk at the end and mix, top with banana, maple syrup and granola (or not).
Anything else I should know?
You can top these with whatever fruit is in season or the fruit that you like to eat. It all works!
