So much has been written about the benefits of juicing. Get all over it, you know it’s good!
It’s is an essential part of my week. Higher quantities of fruit are good in the morning and more vegetable content in the afternoon / evening.
Some of my favourite combinations include:
- Celery, apple, cucumber and mint
- Watermelon and pineapple
- Spinach, cucumber, apple and carrot
- Beetroot, ginger, carrot and apple
- Kale, apple, pineapple, mint
- you can literally juice any fruit / vegetable – experiment and see what you like
